10 May 2008 - Graduation Day

My graduation day started on 10 May 2008 at 5 AM. I woke up very early to dress up and go to the Concordia President's breakfast. I put on my new suit and drove to the University. There I met nice people like the President, his staff, and fellow graduates. I talked very extensively with the President. He was very cool.
After the breakfast, we lined up to get our gowns  and be ready for the baccalaureate services at the Chapel. I was allowed to wear a hood because I already had many previous degrees from other universities. After the baccalaureate service, I went back home to pick up my family. Then we headed for convocation.

At the convocation, I met other fellows. Then we lined up to go to the hall. We obtained our degree. One of my graduating friend, Francis, invited us home. There I met other nice people and we have a very good moment listening to music, eating, and chatting.

The following day, Sunday, May 11th 2008 my friends and family organized a big graduation party for me. It was a big free style African party.
